Amber R. Zins, EVP, Chief Operating Officer
Amber Zins joined Northrim Bank in 2008 when she was hired as the internal audit manager. Most recently she was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer after more than two years as the human resources director. Amber was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Office in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from UAF and is a Certified Public Accountant. Amber is currently attending the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. She volunteers with United Way of Anchorage and was an adjunct professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage for 10 years.
